  • Responsible for handling the foreign worker management including:
  • Assist in new quota application process; Act as a representative to attend the Government office.
  • To assist in conducting monthly hostel inspection.
  • Work closely with Agent regarding the hostel management, transportation, Fomema medical checkup, bank account application, passport & permit renewal arrangements & etc.
  • Work closely with SHO and team members to conduct monthly workplace inspections.
  • Assist and ensure all related billing for Human Resource are in order to verify invoices and submit to Finance before the due date.
  • Liaise with government regulatory bodies to seek clarification on any related matter pertaining to HR.
  • Provide support and assistance to HR team to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operations of HR team.
  • Provide backup support to the HR team members during their leave or unavailability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in all related activities such as audits, stock take, meetings, seminars, training, etc as required.
  • Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
