Job Summary

The Admin Account is responsible for supporting the finance and administrative functions of the organization. This role involves handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting and administrative activities
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform data entry into accounting systems or spreadsheets
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
  • Maintain organized filing of financial and administrative documents
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments on payment matters
  • Support audits and compliance requirements
  • Perform general office administration duties as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in administrative or accounting roles is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
