1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for dive courses, fun dives, packages, and promotions
  • Align marketing activities with peak dive seasons and tourism trends
  • Set marketing KPIs and monitor performance

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile)
  • Plan and publish engaging content (videos, reels, stories)
  • Coordinate with instructors/divemasters for underwater videos
  • Manage website content, SEO basics, and online listings
  • Run and monitor paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads – if applicable)

3. Sales & Booking Support

  • Work closely with operations and reservations teams to promote available slots
  • Respond to online enquiries and convert leads into bookings (if required)
  • Design promotional packages, discounts, and campaigns

4. Branding & Creative

  • Maintain consistent brand image and messaging
  • Oversee design of posters, brochures, banners, and merchandise
  • Manage customer reviews (Google, TripAdvisor) and online reputation

5. Partnerships & Promotions

  • Collaborate with hotels, hostels, travel agents, and tourism partners
  • Organise joint promotions, events, and campaigns
  • Support dive events, certifications, and special trips marketing

6. Reporting & Admin

  • Track marketing performance and monthly results
  • Manage marketing budget and vendor payments (if applicable)
  • Prepare simple marketing reports for management
