About the role

Looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our talented team at KUMPULAN BTC BERHAD' in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for executing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services
  2. Creating compelling content for our digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing
  3. Coordinating and managing marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
  4. Analysing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and delivery
  6. Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
  3. Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling messaging
  4. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  6. Adaptable and creative, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies
  7. Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
