Business Development Executives/Managers (F&B- Export/HoReCa/Food Service)

Position 1: Business Development Manager (Export Sales- F&B/Non F&B)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (Export) will be responsible for driving the company's export growth in international markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to increase export sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and business partners.

  2. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for international clients.

  3. Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and finance) to ensure timely delivery, compliance with export regulations, and prompt collection from customers.

  4. Develop and implement export business strategies to achieve sales targets in international markets.

  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  6. Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

  7. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and international business events to promote the company's products.

  8. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development.

  3. Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and export documentation.

  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in export markets.

  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  6. Ability to travel internationally as required.

  7. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Position 2: Sales Executive / Sales Assistant Manager (F&B- HoReCa/Food Services)

1.   Sales Development & Strategy

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the HORECA and food service sectors.
  • Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

2.   Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers including hotels, restaurants, caterers, and distributors.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and propose suitable product solutions.

3.   Account Management

  • Manage existing key accounts to ensure consistent growth and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection.

4.   Coordination & Operations

  • Work closely with internal teams such as operation and finance to ensure efficient order processing & delivery and timely collection.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, product sampling, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and periodic sales reports for management review.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO-related processes, particularly those relating to customer satisfaction audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

5.   Reporting & Analysis

  • Track sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide sales forecasts to the operation team to facilitate effective inventory and purchasing planning, ensuring product availability aligns with customer demand.
