Responsibilities

  • Support the Supervisor/Outlet Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with QAQC protocols and company policies.
  • Assist in daily inventory and stock management, including receiving goods, monitoring usage, and maintaining accurate records to reduce waste and avoid discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns professionally, and helping to ensure a positive guest experience at all times.
  • Oversee day-to-day outlet operations alongside the Supervisor, offering hands-on guidance and support to team members to maintain smooth and efficient service.
  • Help prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate manpower coverage for all shifts.
  • Work closely with the Supervisor/Outlet Manager to support operational initiatives, service improvements, and workflow enhancements.
  • Monitor team adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies, ensuring consistent service quality.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports accurately and on time.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Outlet Manager, or senior management to contribute to overall outlet performance.

Assistant Supervisor – Requirements

  • Age: 25–35 years old (preferred).
  • Ethnicity: Chinese or Malay (to support internal language requirements).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in the F&B industry; supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
  • Customer Service: Strong ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Languages: Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.
  • Attributes: Energetic, proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Vaccination: Fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
  • Transport: Own transportation preferred for flexibility and commuting convenience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
