Operations & Quality​

Oversee floor operations during shifts to ensure efficiency.​

Maintain Illy's coffee and food quality standards.​

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper equipment use.​

Assist with stock checks and restocking as needed.​

Assist on Management tasks when Managers or Assistant Managers are not available or as required.​

Team Support & Training​

Lead and support staff during shifts, ensuring smooth service.​

Train new team members in Illy's service and coffee standards.​

Assist in scheduling and handling shift changes.​

Motivate staff to maintain a positive and professional attitude.​

Customer Experience​

Ensure exceptional service and Illy's premium customer experience.​

Handle customer concerns and resolve minor complaints.​

Maintain café ambiance, presentation, and seating flow.​

Sales & Financial Support​

Promote upselling and assist staff with product knowledge.​

Monitor sales performance and support daily targets.​

Assist with cash handling and POS accuracy during shifts.​

Assist with Opening & Closing Tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor.​

Marketing & Brand Engagement​

Support in-store promotions and product launches.​

Engage with regular customers and enhance their experience.​

Assist with small events or brand initiatives.​

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of café operations, including food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service.
  • Familiar with POS systems and daily cash handling procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock ordering.
  • Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
