We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support and enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role involves the execution and management of content marketing, social media strategies, email campaigns, and digital communications to drive brand engagement and lead generation. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team environment where guidance, clarity, and balanced workloads are prioritised. Key Responsibilities

● Plan, write, and publish blog content aligned with SEO and branding goals

● Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

● Create, deploy, and monitor email marketing campaigns using online tools

● Coordinate with design and sales teams to align messaging across all channels

● Respond to online inquiries and social media messages in a timely, professional manner

● Monitor digital performance metrics and generate regular reports

● Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates

● Support ad-hoc marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements

● At least 1-years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related field

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin speaking and writing skills are preferred.)

● Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and social media schedulers

● Basic knowledge of social media marketing

● Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

● Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)

● Video editing or short-form content creation

● CRM or automation experience
