JOB VACANCY: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY & SALES (BDS)

Location: Taman Melati Utama, opposite KL East Mall

Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze reports, develop strategies, and enhance company profitability.
  • Identify new market opportunities through market research and initiate business relationships.
  • Propose solutions to existing clients to help grow their business using the company's services.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior Business Development Executives.
  • Prepare proposals, strategies, concepts, and policies related to projects/programs.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of projects/programs in accordance with set standards.
  • Maintain positive growth within your assigned market area.
  • Address all issues promptly and professionally.

Experience in sales, marketing, or business development

High confidence, good communication skills, and articulate speaking abilities

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Result-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets
