Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or Event Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, especially in the catering or event industry.
- Professional appearance and confident in communicating with various types of customers.
- Must have own transportation.
- Flexible to work on weekends and during events if required.
- Able to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Independent and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in using social media, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills in both Malay and English
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify New Business Opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients or new sectors.
- Develop partnerships with event planners, wedding planners, hotels, corporate companies, and government agencies.
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to expand business networks
2. Drive Negotiations & Close Sales
- Craft tailored proposals and supporting documentation for business partners.
- Maintain and renew existing partnership agreements to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct client site visits to better understand their needs and project scope.
- Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and contracts in line with client budgets.
- Lead pricing and package negotiations that balance client satisfaction with business goals.
3. Build Strong Client Relationships & Deliver Exceptional After-Sales Support
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients throughout the event lifecycle — from pre-sale to post-event follow-up.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
4. Strategize and Execute Sales Plans
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and launch high-impact campaigns.
- Define clear sales targets and regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
5. Support Seamless Event Execution
- Provide hands-on, on-site support during events to ensure every detail aligns with client expectations.
- Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to deliver a flawless event experience.
6. Monitor Performance & Report Progress
- Produce regular sales reports and business updates (weekly/monthly) for internal and stakeholder review.
- Consistently achieve — and aim to surpass — established sales KPIs.

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
