Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent / Front Office Supervisor at Macalister Mansion. The role involves overseeing day-to-day front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing reservations and check-ins, handling guest inquiries, and supervising front office staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.

Working by Shift Hours (7am - 4pm, 2pm - 11pm, 10pm - 7am)

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in front office operations and guest services
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and check-in procedures
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
