Duties & Tasks

  • To provide exceptional guest service at all times
  • To work as a team and excel as an individual
  • Able to do rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays

Skill Sets Requirements

  • Computer proficiency to include Excel, Word, Outlook and a hotel brand software system.
  • Maturity,  self-motivated and well groomed
  • Excellent communication, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Extroverts are natural for this job
  • Social Skills are essential
  • General knowledge and interest in people will give you the edge
  • Having an interesting personality always sets you apart.

Your talent and ability while carrying out your responsibilities will be observed and assessed. It is the only way to judge how good you are at your job and suitable fast track promotions to reflect this will be in the works. This is possible because of the flat management structure.
