About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner for a designated business division/department. This role focuses on managing HR-related issues, requests, and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will work closely with division leaders to provide solutions in workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for a designated division, managing all HR-related queries and requests.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support organizational change and implement change management strategies for smooth transitions.
  • Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes and employee engagement programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and change management principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.
  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) or relevant qualifications are an advantage.

Employment Type:

2 years fixed-term contract, renewable subject to performance.
