We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Facultative Reinsurance Placement Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual with a foundational understanding of general insurance products and a strong desire to deepen their expertise in facultative reinsurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and analytical capabilities to effectively manage and optimize reinsurance placements

Important To Your Success

• Under graduate a Diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science/Banking & Financial
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft 365 applications such as OneDrive and Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.

What To Expect
