Product Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Execution: Lead the design of comprehensive voicebot/chatbot solutions based on business requirements. Coordinate internal and external resources to drive bot development, optimization, and deployment.
• Local Team Building & Management: Establish, manage, and develop a localized bot operations/support team in Malaysia, including recruitment, training, task allocation, performance management, and team motivation.
• Project Delivery & Health Management: Ensure healthy implementation and efficient delivery of projects locally in Malaysia and across regions. Manage project timelines, control costs, and mitigate risks. Regularly report bot performance metrics and key project progress to business units and headquarters.
• Local Operations & Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor, track, and resolve operational anomalies for bots in the Malaysian market. Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to continuously refine localized delivery processes and enhance user experience.
• Cross-Regional/Cross-Cultural Coordination: Serve as the key bridge between the Malaysian team, headquarters, and other regional teams. Communicate effectively and clearly in both directions. Accurately convey HQ strategy, product requirements, and standards while deeply understanding and advocating for local market needs, challenges, and optimization opportunities.
• Product Iteration & Optimization: Evaluate product effectiveness using local operational data, user feedback, and market insights. Identify issues, propose optimizations, and drive continuous product upgrades to improve the local user experience.
• Cross-Team Collaboration & Support: Collaborate closely with global product, technical, and operations teams. Support delivery of key projects and assist in resolving localization issues for other initiatives in Malaysia. Contribute to the planning and execution of localization strategies for new products/features.
• Knowledge Transfer & Training: Train the Malaysian team on product knowledge, business processes, operational standards, and best practices to ensure team capabilities align with business growth.

Requirements:

• Education & Language:
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (fluent communication required).
• Good English&Madarian communication skills (preferred).
• Professional Experience:
• Preferred:
  2-3+ years of team management experience with demonstrated leadership, team-building, and talent development capabilities.
• Required:
  2+ years in Chatbot/Voicebot script design, process development, project management, or related fields. Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications is a plus.
• Required:
  Willingness and ability to relocate to Malaysia long-term (2-3 years).
