Job Description

1. Plan and manage the daily operation of franchisee stores to ensure the achievement of profit targets and improve customer satisfaction.

2. Fully understand and master all process operations and administrative work of the stores to ensure the orderly progress of work.

3. Implement and manage the QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards of the stores and control the loss of raw materials.

4. Be responsible for the asset management of the stores.

5. Plan, execute, track, evaluate and give feedback on store promotional activities.

6. Be responsible for store staff recruitment, new employee and on-the-job training, staff shift arrangement management, performance appraisal, and employee motivation.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above. Exceptional abilities will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Have more than 2 years of working experience in the catering chain-related industries. Those with experience in tea beverage chains are preferred.

3. Those who have served as shift managers or above in well-known catering chains are preferred (such as KFC, McDonald's, Starbucks).

4. Those who have held the position of deputy store manager or above in beverage chains are preferred (such as Yi Dian Dian, CoCo, Happy Lemon, 85°C, Black Dragon Hall, etc.).

5. The position requires adapting to irregular business trips for store inspections (Important*).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
