Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned stores across Klang Valley and outstation locations, ensuring retail standards are consistently maintained.
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and achievement of KPIs.
  • Lead, train, and provide ongoing support to store managers and frontline staff.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and manage resolution of escalated issues.
  • Assist the Retail Manager with new store openings, events, and product launches.
  • Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and stock accuracy.
  • Support the Retail Manager in manpower planning, recruitment, and training initiatives.
  • Manage store expenses and ensure compliance with audit requirements and operational policies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on store performance and operational updates.
  • Act as a key support to the Retail Manager in executing retail strategies and driving business growth.
  • Conduct physical stock audits to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Assist in the execution of product launches and sales events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • All other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or above in relevant fields.
  • 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to inventory, store appearance, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Quick problem-solving skills to address day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Previous experience in managing or coordinating store processes is a plus.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required.
  • Possess own transport and are willing to travel.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking individuals.
