  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Verify and submit daily production reports.
  • Coordinate with designers on design issues and planners to meet production targets.
  • Manage production costs and reduce wastage of materials, consumables, and man-hours.
  • Implement SOPs to achieve high productivity and quality.
  • Conduct quality checks and enforce process improvements.
  • Arrange machineries and materials for efficient production flow.
  • Supervise attendance, punctuality, and discipline among workers.
  • Coordinate with RCM for mold preparation and SY team for FG clearance.
  • Monitor downtime and follow up with maintenance teams on breakdowns.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and organized work environment.
  • Conduct weekly toolbox briefings and report any safety incidents.
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in Precast Concrete Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
