We're hiring a
Finance Manager / Head of Unit, Financial Reporting
for a dynamic manufacturing / wholesale / trading company based in
Klang
. This is not your typical back-office role. You'll be at the heart of the operation, working closely with both the
office and factory teams
, overseeing every aspect of financial control, compliance, and reporting within the entity.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a
    sole contributor
    and
    finance lead
    , reporting directly to senior management
  • Ensuring strong
    financial controls, processes, and compliance
    are in place
  • Overseeing
    end-to-end finance functions
  • from reporting, tax, audit coordination to vendor and outsource team management
  • Playing a key role in
    external audit and tax engagements
    , and ensuring timely submissions
  • Driving
    high engagement
    across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Acting as a
    reviewer
    for all financial matters, while building efficiencies across the finance ecosystem

What We're Looking For:

  • Member of the
    Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Audit background
    or strong audit exposure is a big plus
  • Proven ability to
    work independently
    in a managerial capacity
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing
    vendors, outsourced teams, and external auditors
