Core responsibilities

  • Planning and Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines; and execute project activities through completion.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the project budget, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within allocated funds. Allocate and manage project resources, including team members and materials.
  • Team Leadership: Collect and manage the project team, support and direct team members, and assign tasks to the appropriate individuals.
  • Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, implement and manage changes as needed, and ensure quality control throughout the project.
  • Communication and Reporting: Serve as a point of contact for the project team and stakeholders. Report on project status, progress, and problems to executives or the board. Manage client and team communication.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report on progress and manage relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: The capacity to create long- and short-term plans, set targets, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management software and tools is often required.
  • Financial Acumen: Budget tracking, management, and understanding financial objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
