  • To support & maintain production systems and the daily BAU incidents in relation to Generali application and work closely with vendor/ technical team, to support users on their incidents, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management on troubleshooting of incidents, problem tickets, RCA identification & resolution,
  • He / she is required to have a good analytical thinking, proactive, fast learner and takes ownership in attending to the incidents reported by users to analyze the issues / incidents, tracking, follow up, work closely until closure of the issue, attend weekly meetings, perform root cause analysis, improvement and/or permanent solution review and work on Production Fives, and ensure the findings are property documented
  • The candidate must have a high analytical thinking skills, proactive, fast learner, and good team player, able to communicate well.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and in a challenging environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • ITIL is added advantage

Job Type: Contract
