We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue & OTA Executive to join our team You'll play a key role in helping us maximize bookings and ensure our listings shine across all online travel platforms. From managing rates and promotions to keeping our OTA pages accurate and attractive, this role is all about driving revenue and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Manage OTA listings: Onboarding new units in OTA platforms like , Agoda, Airbnb, and Expedia with photos, descriptions, rates, and availability across sites
  • To ensure listings are up to date, with correct information across all platforms
  • Assist with pricing strategies: Help to adjust room rates and promotions across all OTA platforms to stay competitive and boost sales
  • Maintain rate accuracy: Coordinate with Revenue Management to ensure our prices and offers are consistent and correct across all platforms following the pricing tiers (Low season, normal, high peak etc)
  • Monitor bookings and performance: Monitor and analyze daily booking pace, occupancy, and revenue reports.
  • Prepare simple reports: Track key numbers like occupancy, revenue, and performance trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • A team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and online systems.
  • Familiar with OTA platforms , Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.)
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Excel skills and an interest in data or marketing.
  • Background in hospitality, tourism, or business is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
