Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across corporate, group, and leisure segments.


• Lead and motivate the Sales team to exceed sales goals and deliver excellent client service.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.


• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.


• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results.


• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support revenue growth.


• Mentor and train junior sales staff, fostering professional growth and a high-performance culture.


• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure service excellence.


• Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and industry functions to promote brand visibility.

Requirements:


• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with proven success in a senior or managerial role.


• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.


• Solid knowledge of hospitality sales, revenue management, and corporate or group markets.


• Proficient in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.


• Strategic, adaptable, and results-driven, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
