Shipping Documentation Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Documentation Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing all shipping and export documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing to support smooth international trade operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve the operational systems and logistics process -- support better reporting, information flow, process and operations planning.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics planning, through improvements to each function such as coordination and communication between transporters, suppliers and packers.
  • Preparing full set Import/Export Documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
  • Track shipments and resolve any documentation-related issues that may delay delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export laws, and relevant trade agreements.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative on improvements toward operational excellence.
  • Oversee overall Operations & Logistics – Costing, Planning, Coordination and Controls.
  • Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping of shipping documentation.
  • Inventory Management on monthly basis.
  • Other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, and customs clearance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and shipping/logistics software systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
