About the job

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through niche platforms.
  • Screen resumes for specialised technical skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
  • Stay informed about technological trends to refine your recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Promote the company's employer brand through networking and recruitment events.

Skills & experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably with involvement in IT-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
