Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Office.
  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize appointments.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for executive use.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, leadership discussions, and external engagements.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to support executive decision-making.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies for the Executive Office.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating executive events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Undertake special assignments and ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud drives
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills an added advantage

  • Experience in supporting C-level executives or board members.
  • Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative proactively.

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
