Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Oversee end-to-end purchasing processes, including PO creation, coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and Customs, ensuring timely material availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate purchase and supplier records; monitor supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and ISO audit requirements.
  • Handle purchase order issuance, material master data, and shipment coordination from order to delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or any related field.
  • Min 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing operations will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication skills & attention to details.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
