HOTEL INDUSTRY

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Develops strategies to meet annual sales goals. To call upon the corporate companies to solicit room booking, banquet/meeting business.

  2. Responsible to pursue RFP potential for hotel business.

  3. To handle enquiries, ensure prompt follow up and all files pertaining sales potential are updated in order.

  4. To be present on customer arrival and personally oversee all sold event .

  5. To conduct potential inspection and entertain potential and valued guests.

  6. Solicits new and existing clients in order to meet budgetary sales expectations.

  7. To conduct sales visit locally, outstation Or overseas when needed.

  8. Tracks daily and monthly room night production.

  9. Prepares daily, weekly and month sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.

  10. Prepares action plans on quarterly basis and to carry out accordingly.

  11. To be fully conversational with sales management program in OPERA system.

  12. To maintain individual account / management files on OPERA system.

  13. To assist in cross selling of sister property whenever required.

  14. Assists in sales budgets annually.

  15. To perform other duties as assigned by Head of Sales and Marketing.

  16. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
