Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role ensures sales targets are met while upholding company standards and service quality.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve goals.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation for team members.
- Allocate sales territories and set individual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Handle major client accounts and support the team in closing critical deals.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage escalated issues professionally.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Track sales performance and ensure accurate data
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance to support sales activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
