Job Description:

a. Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing.

b. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budget analysis.

c. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

d. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.

e. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external parties when required.

f. Review and improve accounting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

g. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

h. Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

a. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

b. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

c. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, SST, and statutory requirements.

d. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or other relevant systems).

e. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.

f. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

g. Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple deadlines.

h. Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

i. High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
