Training & Administrative Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Visitors visit arrangement and logistics.
- In charge of end-to-end in-house training preparation.
- Assist in strategic space planning support for the office.
- Event management such as bootcamp, workshop etc.
- Preparation/Setup for virtual collaboration and training session.
- Assist in management office walk to ensure the office is safe and IP control compliance.
- Assist dept in coordinating and implementation the technical training per the roadmap.
- Work with HR business partners and managers to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and identify or develop specific programs to address the gaps.
- Manage and maintain training plans and calendars and the delivery of training programs in accordance with approved plan and budget.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support recruitment initiatives, assisting in screening resumes, shortlisting of potential candidates, interview arrangements, perform background screening, pre-screening interviews & assessments and administering employment documentation.
