1.     Develop strategic plans that align with the company's mission and objectives.

2.     Oversee the planning, design, and construction of multiple projects. Ensure projects are executed according to plan, from initial bidding to project closeout.

3.     Create detailed budgets for each project and for the operational needs of the company. Monitor the financial health of projects by tracking expenditures against the budgets and adjusting strategies as needed to maintain profitability.

4.     Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensure that contracts are fair, transparent, and legally binding.

5.     Address client concerns, provide regular updates, and foster a relationship of trust and professionalism.

6.     Ensure that all aspects of construction operations comply with industry standards and legal requirements.

7.     Develop and oversee a quality control program that ensures that all aspects of construction meet or exceed the required standards. Regularly inspect construction sites and review project deliverables for quality.

8.     Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, safety, and quality. Develop mitigation strategies to address these risks proactively.

9.     Evaluate and integrate construction technology solutions that increase efficiency, improve safety, and reduce costs.

10.  Monitor the environmental impact of construction activities and strive to minimize carbon footprints.

11.  Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare reports for top management and external stakeholders. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Can Speak in Mandarin

1.     Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

2.     Proven experience (15+ years) in construction management or a similar role.

3.     Strong leadership and personnel management skills.

4.     Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5.     Deep understanding of the construction industry, construction specifications, building materials, and legal regulations.

6.     Advanced project management skills.

7.     Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CMP (Certified Construction Manager).

8.     The job typically requires working both in an office and on construction sites.

9.     Travel to various project sites is required.

10.  Strategic planning and project management.

11.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

12.  Negotiation and conflict resolution.

13.  Analytical and critical thinking.
