Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Project Management team to ensure smooth coordination, documentation control, and day-to-day operations for the LRT project.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle documentation, filing, and distribution of letters, memos, and reports.
- Assist in preparing meeting minutes, schedules, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments on submission tracking.
- Maintain project records, registers, and databases (drawings, permits, approvals).
- Support procurement and logistics arrangements (POs, delivery tracking, site access).
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Manage office supplies, calendar scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Admin or related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (project or construction preferred).
- Good organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work in fast-paced project environment.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
