Job Responsibilities :

1. Handle Customers

  • ◆ Answer many phone calls
  • ◆ Understand customer needs and help solve problems
  • ◆ Build good relationships with customers
  • ◆ Provide correct information and solutions

2. Admin & Office Tasks

  • ◆ Be the main contact for executives and clients
  • ◆ Receive calls, take messages, and manage correspondence
  • ◆ Coordinate shipment arrangements (inbound/outbound)
  • ◆ Prepare reports and maintain filing systems

3. General Duties

  • ◆ Follow company rules and procedures
  • ◆ Help team members as needed
  • ◆ Go the extra mile for customers

Job Requirements

  • ◆ Able to speak and write in English and Malay.
  • ◆ No experience required; training will be provided.
  • ◆ Basic computer skills (able to handle email, Word, Excel, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
