- Location: Gelang Patah
- Basic Salary: RM Attendance Allowance
- Working Days: 5 days per week
Job Responsibilities :
1. Handle Customers
- ◆ Answer many phone calls
- ◆ Understand customer needs and help solve problems
- ◆ Build good relationships with customers
- ◆ Provide correct information and solutions
2. Admin & Office Tasks
- ◆ Be the main contact for executives and clients
- ◆ Receive calls, take messages, and manage correspondence
- ◆ Coordinate shipment arrangements (inbound/outbound)
- ◆ Prepare reports and maintain filing systems
3. General Duties
- ◆ Follow company rules and procedures
- ◆ Help team members as needed
- ◆ Go the extra mile for customers
Job Requirements
- ◆ Able to speak and write in English and Malay.
- ◆ No experience required; training will be provided.
- ◆ Basic computer skills (able to handle email, Word, Excel, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
