The Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for assigned contracts or clients, serving as the key liaison between Freight Mark and the client on matters related to order processing, inventory management, and customer service. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and customers by overseeing documentation, order processing, inventory records, customer inquiries, and issue resolution to maintain efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Activities / Accountabilities:-

  • Ensure all customer orders and service requests are processed accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with company safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
  • Follow up promptly on customer inquiries, orders, and outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Implement necessary actions to meet billing and documentation requirements.
  • Perform duties in accordance with company standards and take corrective action when service issues arise.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the superior on work progress and customer-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, customers, and service providers.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Executive/Superior on any operational or customer-related issues.
  • Ensure proper handling and protection of customers' goods under Freight Mark's care.
  • Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance job performance.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate superior

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in a 3PL or FMCG environment is an advantage.
  • Organized, process-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in integrated ERP, MRP, WMS, or SAP systems.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good verbal and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to communicate in other relevant languages is an added advantage

Working Hours:

1500hrs - 2300hrs

Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
