Product Test Engineer

Job responsibilities:
  • Handle anomalies in production and at customer sites; perform data analysis and experimental validation to locate issues and drive corrective actions and improvements.
  • Draft process and specification documents for product assembly, testing, debugging/commissioning, and delivery.
  • Develop test plans, produce test cases, execute tests, and prepare reports.
  • Review and release product change control, including software/firmware change control.
  • Provide technical support for on-site testing during product delivery.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years' work experience; familiarity with circuit design and component selection; expertise in both analog and digital circuits is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
  • Knowledge of test equipment design, manufacturing, quality control, and reliability.
  • Strong independent problem-solving and report-writing skills; proficient with oscilloscopes and related instruments.
  • Familiar with testing processes and analysis methods for optical-communication products or semiconductor test equipment.
  • Proactive and meticulous; strong teamwork and sense of responsibility; willing to work overtime when needed.
  • High ownership and execution, with excellent organization, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.
