负责撰写清晰、有说服力且吸引人的文案,以支持品牌传播、营销活动和线上内容项目。此岗位需为社交媒体、网站、广告、视频及宣传素材创作文案,确保品牌语调一致并在所有平台传达强而有力的信息。

主要职责(Key Responsibilities)

1. 内容撰写与创意文案(Content Writing & Creative Copy)

• 为社交媒体帖子、文案、广告、网站、电子报、产品描述等撰写吸引且具说服力的内容。
• 为影片、营销活动和品牌内容开发故事性概念。
• 撰写能提升客户参与度及强化品牌认知的营销信息。
• 创作吸睛标题、口号、标语及活动核心信息。

2. 活动与营销支持(Campaign & Marketing Support)

• 与营销团队紧密合作,支持活动规划与执行。
• 协助撰写宣传材料,如宣传册、传单、横幅及数字广告。
• 为季节性促销、产品发布及活动准备相关文案。
• 确保所有文案符合活动目标及品牌语调。

3. 社交媒体内容开发(Social Media Content Development)

• 为 Instagram、TikTok、Facebook、LinkedIn、YouTube 等平台撰写适合其风格的内容。
• 为内容日历提供吸引人的文案与信息点。
• 与多媒体设计师合作,确保视觉与文案一致性。

4. 网站与 SEO 文案撰写(Website & SEO Copywriting)

• 撰写清晰且有利于 SEO 的网站文案。
• 更新产品页面、着陆页与博客内容,使其更具吸引力并优化关键词。
• 确保网站信息与品牌形象保持一致。

5. 校对与质量控制(Proofreading & Quality Control)

• 校对与编辑团队所制作的内容,确保品质。
• 检查语法、表达清晰度及品牌一致性。
• 确保所有内容符合公司写作标准及规范。

6. 研究与洞察发展(Research & Insight Development)

• 研究行业趋势、竞争对手文案及消费者行为。
• 收集洞察,提升文案语气、内容相关性及营销成效。
• 了解目标受众,并根据不同市场群体调整文案。

7. 团队支持与协作(Team Support & Collaboration)

• 与设计师、多媒体创作者、市场执行员及销售团队密切合作。
• 参与头脑风暴会议并提出创意想法。
• 维护营销文件、图片库及数据库。
• 根据需要支持市场经理及团队处理临时任务。

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Writing & Creative Copy

• Write persuasive and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, ads, websites, newsletters, and product descriptions.
• Develop storytelling concepts for videos, campaigns, and brand content.
• Craft marketing messages that improve customer engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
• Produce catchy headlines, taglines, slogans, and key messaging for campaigns.

2. Campaign & Marketing Support

• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign planning and execution.
• Assist in writing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads.
• Develop copy for seasonal promotions, product launches, and events.
• Ensure all written content aligns with campaign objectives and brand tone.

3. Social Media Content Development

• Write content tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Support the creation of content calendars by providing engaging captions and messaging.
• Collaborate with multimedia designers to ensure visual and copy consistency.

4. Website & SEO Copywriting

• Produce clear and optimized website content for better SEO performance.
• Update product pages, landing pages, and blogs with engaging and keyword-friendly copy.
• Ensure website messaging remains consistent and aligned with brand identity.

5. Proofreading & Quality Control

• Proofread and edit content created by the marketing team to ensure high quality.
• Check for grammar accuracy, message clarity, and brand consistency.
• Ensure all content adheres to company writing standards and guidelines.

6. Research & Insight Development

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor messaging, and customer behavior.
• Gather insights to improve writing tone, message relevance, and marketing effectiveness.
• Understand target audience and tailor messaging to different market segments.

7. Team Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, multimedia creators, marketing executives, and sales teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Maintain marketing files, image libraries, and databases.
• Support the marketing manager and team on any assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Creative Writing, or related field.

• 2–3 years of copywriting or content creation experience preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong writing portfolios may be considered.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Strong command of English (BM/Mandarin a plus depending on business needs).
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement.
• Ability to write in different tones and styles (formal, fun, sales-driven, educational).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.

• Experience in SEO writing or blog content creation.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
