About the role

Established in 2000, TRMS Engineering Sdn Bhd is specialised in electrical and mechanical engineering works. Following standard safety regulations and practices, we aspire to be the best service provider in term of design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning followed by operation, training and maintenance for the systems. We address the needs of commercial and industry owners in ensuring uninterrupted operation whilst ensuring the operation and maintenance of the installation can be carried out easily and economically.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and submit good quality proposal/quotation, including attending site visit when required
  2. Manage purchase order (PO) / variation order (VO) and ensure products and services delivered to clients meet requirements and specifications as per agreed contract terms, either delivered by internal staffs or external parties

  3. Manage, plan and support related mechanical engineering works:

  4. Coordinate with end user / supplier / specialists

  5. Prepare work schedule and required documentation for all related jobs
  6. Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, tools and consumables
  7. Plan caravan visit activities and technical discussions at customer plants every quarter
  8. Make follow-up on the development of new machinery (pump / turbine) or that has been installed in each customer plant involve

  9. Report submission

  10. After sales service

  11. Upkeep good and effective documentation
  12. Continually review, improvise and implement internal controls and procedures
  13. Other related works as required from time to time

Who we're looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • Possess driving license / willing to travel
  • Proficient in English & Malay speaking and writing skills
