Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and results-driven Customer Service to join our physiotherapy centre. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while actively promoting our physiotherapy services and treatment packages. This role is key to ensuring a positive patient experience and supporting the centre's growth through effective communication and sales skills.
Customer Service
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming clinic environment
- Manage patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently
- Handle patient registrations, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Address patient concerns and feedback professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
Sales & Business Support
- Educate patients on physiotherapy services, treatment plans, and packages
- Promote and upsell therapy packages, memberships, and ongoing care plans
- Follow up with leads, inactive patients, and missed appointments
- Achieve individual and clinic sales targets
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and referral programs
Administrative Duties
- Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare daily reports on appointments, sales, and collections
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales (healthcare, wellness, or fitness industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close and upsell services
- Proficient in basic computer applications and appointment booking systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
