Job Description

Recruitment & Training & Development

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from job design to onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to forecast talent needs
  • Create and execute plans to attract qualified candidates for open positions
  • Advertise and source for potential applicants through suitable channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, job fairs, etc
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and perform in-person or virtual interviews to assess qualifications
  • Work with department heads to understand job requirements and help set qualifications
  • Guide candidates through the entire process, from application to offer, and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Conduct onboarding process, which may include paperwork and orientation
  • Track data to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment efforts
  • Make sure all recruitment activities adhere to employment laws and ethical standards

  • Coordination of Training & Development (Internal / External) including liaising with training provider and application in HRD Corp portal

  • Coordinate and administer Training & Development programs and plans
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development areas

Employee Welfare

  • Undertaking all activities relating to employee welfare, services & benefits, including insurance coverage, employee loans and claims, etc
  • Assisting employees to make all SOCSO, EPF (Death) & other statutory claims, where they are entitled for such claims or reimbursements

Requirements

  • Ability to proficiently speak & understand English & Malay (Mandarin speaking candidates will be preferred to liaise with stakeholders)
  • Experience as recruiter in recruitment company is highly preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Work Location: Sungai Pinang
  • Work Day: 5 days work week
