1. Talent & Workforce Administration
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including document preparation, induction scheduling, and HRIS setup.
- Coordinate offboarding processes such as exit clearance, asset return, and document finalization.
- Maintain, update, and audit employee records, personal files, and attendance data on a regular basis.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies, labour laws, and audit requirements.
- Prepare and manage official HR correspondences including offer letters, confirmation letters, warnings, and show-cause notices.
- Monitor compliance with internal SOPs and maintain proper governance documentation.
3. Office Administration Support
- Support general office administration such as vendor coordination, asset tracking, and small-scale procurement.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and workspace readiness.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for selected staff.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary contact point for staff inquiries and provide basic HR advisory.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities such as townhalls, wellbeing initiatives, and staff communication.
- Support disciplinary processes including documentation, case tracking, and follow-up actions.
5. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR reports including headcount, attendance, disciplinary records, turnover, and recruitment status.
- Provide early insights to HR Management to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Ensure HR data is organized, accurate, and ready for audit at any time.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Enhance HR workflows through light automation (Excel, Google Workspace, HRIS).
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
- Proactively contribute to improving overall employee experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
