SWAT Management & Consultancy is a management company providing Accounting, HR, Marketing, and Operation support to a group of F&B brands.
As our business continues to expand, we are establishing a dedicated Procurement Department to ensure efficient sourcing and smooth supply of ingredients and materials across our restaurants.
We are now looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Purchasing Assistant cum Admin to join our growing team. If you are organized, numbers-driven, and enjoy working in a dynamic F&B environment, we'd love to meet you

What you'll be doing
- Assist the Senior in daily procurement operations, including quotation requests, price comparison, purchase order (PO) preparation, and delivery follow-up
- Source, evaluate, and liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, consistent quality, and reliable supply
- Coordinate with kitchen, inventory, operations, production, and quality assurance teams to align purchasing with operational needs and maintain optimal stock levels
- Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and prevent supply disruptions
- Maintain and update supplier information, quotations, contracts, and price lists
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and payment-related documentation to ensure accuracy and proper filing
- Ensure all purchased ingredients and materials meet company quality standards and comply with food safety and regulatory requirements
- Prepare purchasing records, procurement reports, cost analysis, pricing trends, and supplier performance summaries for management review
- Support sourcing of new ingredients or materials for new product and menu development
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and purchasing tasks as assigned by the department head
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of purchasing or procurement is an advantage but not required
- Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal teams
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, documentation)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
