  • Contacting / received calls from customers and explaining the benefits and advantages of car / motorcycle insurance renewal services within the company
  • Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and presenting its benefits to customers
  • Negotiate with customers to purchase by explaining how insurance services at the company to meet customer needs
  • Preparing and sending vehicle insurance quotes to customers via email
  • Recording customer personal information accurately in the computer system
  • Answering incoming calls and reading and replying to emails from customers prudently
  • Keeping call and sales records as well as user information records for future reference
  • Obtaining information on potential new customers from time to time for the purpose of increasing the achievement of monthly targets

Job Requirements

  • 1 year or less of experience in telemarketing / call centre / debt collector / customer service.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Applicants who have experiences as inbound / outbound call center industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate able to converse and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must be computer savvy.
  • Willing to learn a new knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Basic salary + allowances + commission.
  • Work, life, balance. (5 days working: Saturday & Sunday off)
  • Training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 6 months
