Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the superior in the overall operations of car park to ensure that it is managed and maintained in good order.
  • Check Car Park System and Equipment on daily basis and ensure that they are always in good working conditions.
  • Regularly check on the overall cleanliness and physical condition of car park.
  • Provide support in car park traffic management and work closely with the Security team to ensure smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
  • Assist with simple administrative tasks.
  • Perform other car park operational duties such as system, equipment and cleanliness; replenishing of car park tickets, lost tickets, penalty charges, etc.

Requirements

  • Secondary Higher Qualification.
  • Prior working experience in the car park operations would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably with some basic knowledge of car parking system and equipment.
  • Possess basic mathematics and computer skills.
  • Demonstrate thoroughness in the work and attention to details.
  • Ability to speak and write Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant in personality with good customer service and people skills.
  • Able to work long hours and during weekends and Public Holidays as well as to rotate on shifts.
