Our client ⁠Mega Cineplex (Prai) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operation Supervisor to join their team
What you'll be doing?
  • Lead daily operations: Oversee and manage the cinema's ticketing counters, concession/F&B, and ushering to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop staff excellence: Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high standards of efficiency, discipline, and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize customer flow: Ensure seamless customer experiences during both peak and off-peak hours, enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards: Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operational standards to create a welcoming environment for all patrons.
  • Manage inventory: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control for the concession/F&B section to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Resolve customer concerns: Address customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with management: Work closely with the leadership team to implement operational strategies, promotions, and special events that drive business growth.
  • Report on operations: Prepare and submit comprehensive operation reports to keep management informed and support data-driven decision-making.
