Training & Events Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Job Overview:

The Training Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training seminars,

workshops, and events for the company and advocates. This role ensures that training programs are

effectively organized to enhance knowledge, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Event Planning

  • Develop and execute training programs, seminars, and events for internal staff and advocates.

  • Coordinate venue selection, logistics, and necessary arrangements for physical and virtual training

sessions.

  • Ensure training materials, modules, and tools are up to date and aligned with company objectives.

2. Coordination & Execution

  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

  • Liaise with trainers, speakers, and industry experts to facilitate engaging sessions.

  • Handle participant registration, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.

  • Ensure a seamless experience for attendees by managing setup, technical support, and event flow.

3. Training Content & Development

  • Work with the team to design training materials, presentations, and manuals.

  • Research and implement innovative training methods to improve engagement.

  • Ensure training content aligns with company goals and industry best practices.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate with internal teams, partners, and advocates to identify training needs.

  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals to enhance training quality.

  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders for continuous improvement.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain records of training attendance, effectiveness, and participant feedback.

  • Prepare post-training reports and analysis for management review.

  • Assist in budget planning and cost control for training events.

Requirements:

Education: Min. SPM or Diploma or Degree holder

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience or related field - training coordination, event

management, or corporate training.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Familiarity Microsoft Office and Google

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required or stay back late occasionally.
