Senior Manager, Communications & Marketing
to craft and lead engaging narratives across our client's organisation. You'll be someone who loves discovering stories from the ground up, thrives in an independent role, and brings a seasoned Corporate Communications background.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver an engagement plan for the COO community.
  • Craft compelling communication content - from newsletters and operational updates to quarterly offsite events.
  • Design and execute internal communication strategies that support business transformation.
  • Collaborate with project teams and senior stakeholders to align messaging and drive change initiatives.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to amplify communication efforts across the business.
  • Track, measure, and report on the impact of engagement and communication programs.
  • Create materials and manage events that foster strong internal communication.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading communication strategies and managing change through major business transformations.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging stories.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - confident engaging with senior leaders.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, event planning, and internal communications.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-driven - someone who takes ownership and delivers results.
  • Experience working within large, complex, or global organisations is a plus.
