About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Manager, Internal Communications
to lead strategic communication efforts across our global financial services organization. This role is central to supporting large-scale transformation, especially within technology. The ideal candidate is a strong and passionate content writer who can clearly articulate complex changes, simplify technical concepts, and deliver compelling communications that strengthen employee understanding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Change Communications

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that support business priorities, technology transformation, and organizational change.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape messaging and advise on communication approaches.
  • Plan and manage communications for multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Write high-quality content - including executive messages, announcements, presentations, intranet articles, FAQs, and campaign materials - with a clear, engaging voice.
  • Translate technical and complex ideas into concise, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, brand, and messaging across all channels.

Program & Channel Management

  • Oversee internal communication campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Optimize internal communication channels and introduce new approaches to improve reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Technology, HR, and Change Management-to coordinate communication timelines and outputs.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track engagement and effectiveness, using insights to refine communication strategies.
  • Apply best practices and innovative techniques to elevate the employee communication experience.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years
    in internal communications, corporate communications, or change communications - preferably in financial services or large enterprises.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting
    technology-driven transformation
    .
  • Exceptional content writing and storytelling skills - someone who both excels at and enjoys writing.
  • Strong strategic thinking, executive advising, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
