About the Role:

We are looking for a PR Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid full-time role, perfect for someone passionate about driving PR campaigns and building meaningful relationships with the media. You will play a key role in executing communication strategies and delivering high-quality results that align with our clients' business goals.

Requirements:

·       A Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or Public Relations

·       Minimum 3+ years of previous agency experience

·       High level of English language proficiency – verbal and written

·       Broad understanding of the workings of an agency or consultancy firm

·       Possess own transport

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and implement complete PR campaigns, program and events
  • Develop and implement media strategy to maximise media coverage across various platforms
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with clients, media and other relevant external audiences
  • Drafting media advisories, press releases, speeches, scripts, talking points, media Q&A documents
  • Recommend outreach initiatives that bring value to the client's business
  • Develop media angles and pitch stories to relevant media
  • Assist Senior PR Consultant to develop communications plans
  • Participate in new business development
  • Oversee or supervise junior executives

Our ideal candidate will be an integral component of our client's communications/marketing team hence you will be seen as a trusted advisor who can provide strategic counsel and flawless implementation of PR campaigns, big and small. At the same time, you will be responsible for delivering high value media coverage that exceeds client's expectations. Hence, ample agency experience and strong media relations capabilities are required.
