We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support HR operations, employee engagement, employer branding, and general administrative tasks. This role also involves assisting in recruitment and other ad hoc HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events to enhance workplace culture.
  • Support employer branding activities across digital and offline channels.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, pantry top-ups, bill processing, and office supplies management.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Perform ad hoc HR and office-related tasks as assigned by the HR Team Leader

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related administrative role.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
