HR Assistant

We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support HR operations, employee engagement, employer branding, and general administrative tasks. This role also involves assisting in recruitment and other ad hoc HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events to enhance workplace culture.
- Support employer branding activities across digital and offline channels.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, pantry top-ups, bill processing, and office supplies management.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Perform ad hoc HR and office-related tasks as assigned by the HR Team Leader
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related administrative role.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
